摘要 对电力系统恢复过程中缺电区域的电力负荷
分配问题进行了分析研究.为了满足电力系统实时调度的要求,建立了考虑N-1断线安
全约束的负荷有功分配线性规划模型,并编制了程序,进行了计算.计算表明,该模型的计算结果
符合调度实际情况,能够应用于实际调度.
Abstract This paper tackles the problems involved in the active load distribution
in the electricity deficient area during the restoration of interconnected areas. A linear
program model for online active load distribut ion
under N-1 line breaking security constraints has been established
with associated computer programs. The results of illustrative examples have shown the
model's validity and potential application.

Abstract A boundarycompressing
technique is put forward ac cording to the characteristics of the structure of the finite
element coefficient m atrix. The adoption of the technique will reduce the number of the
discretizati on elements and the CPU time dramatically. The technique is very useful for
solv ing the inverse problem of eddy current nondestructive evaluation, because in th at
case it is necessary to calculate repeatedly the field distribution.

Abstract Experimental investigations on cracking propagation of silverbased contact surface are carried out with various curren ts and closed
forces. It is found that crack propagation of contact surface is caused b y arc energy and

Abstract An adaptive smooth filter is proposed for image pro cessing. It has two
characters:(1)The output of the filter is regarded as the cl uster center of nearby data.
(2)It can adjust both the smooth window and smooth coefficients adaptively. The filter is
especially useful for impulse noise, and it can preserve edge informat ion well while
removing noise effectively. The performance of the filter is prov ed by experiments.

Abstract The properties of a new filter structure called adaptive multistage median
filter(AMLM) for image processing is studied. It is shown that the performance of detailpreserving of AMLM lies between MLM- and MLM +, while AMLM can attenuate noise much more than MLM-(and than MLM+ freqently). F or real noised image
filtering, experiments show that AMLM is better than either of MLM+ and MLM-.

Abstract Wavelet transform can maps 1D signal int o a 2D timescale plane, and the localization of signal is described
in diffe rent scales. Because characteristics of signal singularity differs from noise,
the local maximas of their dyatic wavelet transform modulus are different too. Based on
the multiscale behaviors of wavelet transform of signal and random noise in seismic data,
a new method for seismic denoising is proposed. Experiment of f ield data shows its
effectiveness.

Abstract In accordance with the structure properties of steam turbine long blade, a
complete bendingtwisting beam
finite element model and an alysis method are set up, which can indicate the shear effect
and the variation of centroid and shear center along blade height. The model and method
precisely describe the deflection characteristics of coupled bending and twisting of long
blade and hence have wider adaptability and greater precision in calculation.

Abstract Experimental studies are carried out for investigating the fundamantal
performances of the rotary vane expander with compressed air. A mathematical model is
established for describing the working processes of the expander. With the experimental
setup built during the study, the performance s of the rotary vane expander are measured
under various working conditions. Fur thermore, the cellpressure variations are also recorded by a dynamic
pressure measuring system. Based on the studies mentioned above, the effects of some impo
rtant operating parameters on the expander performances are understood. And this is very
helpful to design or operate this kind of expander.

Abstract This paper introduces a test unit of simulating working processes of the
packings in a reciprocating compressor developed by the authors. Many parameters related
to packing sealing and lubricating can be exam ined with this unit, such as sealing
pressure distributions, frictional forces and temperatures in the packings.
Measurement of oil film thicknesses between p acking
and piston rod is conducted with a strain gauge. Mathemetical simulation of the
lubricating conditions in packings is also performed. Obtained results prov ide important
basis for reasonable design of compressor packing.

Abstract The eddy testing method is used to detect cracks on the sucker rod. Based
on Maxwell electromagnetical induction theory, the eddy field in the sucker rod and the
sensor's impedance affected by the crack are calculated. Taking the phase component of the
sensor's impedance as the crack's character, a new type eddy sensor and the online detecting electric circle are designed. The
experiments prove that the detecting system has high sensitivity, high speed and good
antidisturb character.

Abstract Vibrated gas-solids fluidized bed has advantages of high speed, high
efficiency and saving energy and also has high heat and mass transfer rate. Vibrated
fluidized bed was first introduced into cryogenic circumstance and used in precooling
process of rubber particles before cryogenic comminution. Cryogenic heat transfer
performance of vibrated fluidized bed is studied thoroughly. The experimental results of
surface and central temperature of r ubber particles are presented, and analysis and
discussion are also provided.

AbstractThe performance of the absorption-ejector hybrid cycle with LiBr-H2O nearly reaches the performance of double effect absorption
refrigeration cycle, while its technologial proce ss and structure are greatly simplified,
thus possessing great application value . In this paper the characteristics of the
absorption-ejector hybrid cycle with LiBr-H2O are analyzed and its performance are discussed.

Abstract A type of polyacrylamide flooding agent, modified by vinyl
pyrrolidine, was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization. The com p osition of
polymerization system was determined by orthogonal test. The resistance to salt and
thermal stability of the modified copolymer was also measured. The results show that the
above mentioned properties of the modified copolymer are superior to those of
partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide.

Abstract On the basis of mass balance, the new accurate s
uction coefficient and its simplified calculation formula of reciprocating compr essors
were derived, and verified by an example. It is revealed that the suction coefficient of
reciprocating compressor is strongly influenced by the heat exch ange during the suction
process when the reciprocating compressor operates at gas critical conditions, while it is
influenced by the clerance ratio when the rec iprocating compressor operates at other
conditions. This conclusion has signific ant importance for the structure design of
reciprocating compressors working on critical conditions.

Abstract
This paper performed a numerical simulation for gassolid
twophase up flow in a vertical pipe with lowReynolds number model by incorporating the effects of
wakes behind the particles into the gas turbulent model. The variation charader of gas
turbulence intensity with the size and concentration of particles were well revealed.

AbstractElectrophoretic mechanical migration model (EMMM) is extended to capillary
sieve electrophoresis, which includes capillary nongel
sieve electrophoresis (NGS) and capillary gel electrophoresis (CGE). Many groups of data
from literature are employed to verify EMMM and to further clarify the meaning of
conformation par ameter Rc in capillary sieve
electrophoresis, and the value range of Rc is determined. Compared with empirical models, EMMM agrees with the
experimenta l facts more accurately.

Abstract Silica aerogels ultrafined powder is
prepared by supercritical drying method at room temperature. The chemical compositions we
re analysed by FTIR spectra, and the morphologies by SEM and TEM. The experiment results
showed that the ultrafined powder is with the grain size
about 4 μm , and consists of the elemental particles and
pores with the size 10~100nm and 10~90nm respectively. There is a certain amount of
hydroxyl group in the powder, which makes the adsorbability of aerogels strong. The
specific su rface of aerogel powder is 546 m2·g-1.

Abstract This paper provides an energysaving
method, separate heatpump distillation, for the application
of heat pump to the alcohol distil lation with large temperature difference. The separate
point, which is the key p arameter of this process, is optimized by an object function of

Abstract A new polymer adhesive which consists of comixture polyesters is developed. With this polymer
adhesive and inorganic filler, the r apid repair material is prepared which contains more
than 85% inorgaine filler, and has high hardness strength and good wear resistance as well
as shock streng th. In addtion, it has strong adhesion to concrete. So the material can be
used to repair rapidly the surface of concerte road.

Abstract This paper presents an energy-saving potential analys is of carbon
dioxide recovery system in a brewery. The schemes of energy-saving and water saving are
introduced which produce notable effect with a little cost. These energy-saving schemes
have important reference values for making use of low level thermal energy and raising
energy utilization ratio, and can be applied in a lot of industry fields.

Abstract This paper theoretically analyses the deformatio n stripes produced by
using laser beam to light up the cylindrical pressure vess els, then discusses the basic
law of interference stripe forming in exposures be fore and after the cylindrical vessels
were pressurized. Some vessels with defec ts are tested by using laser hologram, and
analyses of the displacement fields a re conducted corresponding to the distortion stripes
of defect vessels. The expe riment results show that it has important value to apply laser
hologram techniqu e in the nondestructive inspection of pressure vessels.
