Abstract: By using high frequency inversion and voltage-lift technique, the proposed high frequency negative multiple voltagecircuit can perform positive-to-negative DC-DC¡¡step-up voltage conversion easily. This circuit is of simple configuration,small ripples,good stability,high efficiency and high power density. This is important for application.
