Abstract: The principle of imaging, beam splitting, and larger field of view compensation of SLPIIS (static larger field of view polarized interferennce imaging spectrometer) developed by the authors is expounded. The influence of the polarized direction and half-wavelength plate's optic axis direction on modulation depth of spatially distributed interferogram is analyzed. The relations of modulation depth to deviation of polarized and optic axis's direction are given. The imaging spectrometer without movingparts shows advantages of ultra-compact, static and larger field of view.
