Thermoeconomics for Absorption-Ejector Hybrid Refrigeration and Double-Effect Absorption Systems

Abstract: Thermoeconomic analysis are made forabsorption-ejector hybrid refrigeration and double-effect absorption system,and two thermseconomic models are proposed. Two high-temperature heat sourcesare studied, namely waste heat and natural gas, such that the thermodynamic performance of the two systems could be compared. The results show that the absorption-ejecter hybrid refrigeration system is better than the other.
