| Research on Temperature Distribution and
Heat Transfer of Wrapped Type Heat Exchanger Chen Linhui,Tian Huaizhang,Wang Shi,Yi Jiating,Wu Zhihui (School of Energy and Power Engineering,Xi'an Jiaotong University,Xi'an 710049,China) Abstract£ºA mathematical model on wrapped type heat exchanger was established.The plate of the heat exchanger was divided as control volume and the heat transfer of natural convection and radiation were considered as heat sink.A conductive factor was introduced to consider the effect of plate heat-conduction on heat transfer of coil.The heat transfer and temperature of coil were solved firstly.Then the temperature distribution and heat transfer of plate were solved by iteration method with successive underrelaxation£®The predicted results were compared with the experimental ones of wrapped type condenser and condensation pipe under 23 different work conditions,which demonstrates that the error of predicted heat transfer by math model is within 10£¥ and average error of calculation temperatures on the plate is 2.5 ¡æ£® The results show that the model is reasonable and accurate.The means and model proposed here can be used to solve the non-isothermal plate heat transfer problem coupled with conduction,natural convection and radiation£® Keywords:wrapped type heart exchanger;non-isothermal plate;simulation |
