Abstract:Methods of capillary zone electrophoresis(CZE)and micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography(MECC)were developed for the establishment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) fingerprints of cornus officinalis, which demonstrated the advantage of capillary electrophoresis used in TCM quality control for its high separation performance£¬fast analysis and low cost£®The CZE optimization conditions are buffer solution 50 mmol/L sodium tetraborate acid with pH9ª±5£¬uncoated fusedª²silica capillary 54 cm £¨50 cm effective length£¬50¦Ìm I.D.), UV detector at 200 nm£¬the sample hydrodynamic injection 34ª±5 kPa·s £¨5 p.s.i.·s£©,operation voltage 22 kV and column temperature 30 ¡æ£® The MECC optimization buffer solution is 30 mmol/L SDS acid and 50 mmol/L sodium tetraborate with pH9.5£¬and the other conditions were the same as CZE£® The studies are useful for production quality control of relevant cornus officinalis medicine£®
