| Transient Flow Model Solution of Reverse Jet
Pulse Cleaning System in High Temperature Ceramic Filter Qiu Jifeng,Xu Tingxiang,Zhang Lite,Hui Jing (School of Energy and Power Engineering,Xi'an Jiaotong University,Xi'an 710049,China) Abstract:A mathematic model of reverse jet pulse cleaning system was established. An analytic solution of pressure distribution of one dimension unsteady state was obtained by using the methods of separatingª²variables and Bessel function.On the base of this solution,the dynamic pressure distribution curves were computed for the reverse jet cleaning in the ceramic element,and the existence of negative pressure zone was confirmed. The dependence of the peak value both of the positive pressure and of the negative pressure on the permeability, impulse duration,and impulse pressure was analyzed.Further more,it comes to the conclusion that the existence of negative pressure zone is related to not only the structure of reverse jet pulse cleaning system but also the property of the porous media itself. This conclusion is useful for the optimization design of reverse jet pulse cleaning system. Keywords:ceramic filter;reverse jet pulse cleaning;negative pressure zone |
