Adjuster on High Voltage Pulse Regulation Zhang Yi1,Du Jinmei1,Yuan Wanzong1,Liu Gaomin1,Wang Haiyan1,Xu Zhuo2,Feng Yujun2 (1.Institute of Fluid Physics,Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics,Mianyang 621900, China;2.Electronic Materials Research Laboratory,Xi'an Jiaotong University,Xi'an 710049,China) Abstract:Based on the principle that a large electric energy is absorbed during the tronsfarmation from an antiferroelectric phase to a ferroelectric phase, the regulation of electric pulse by antiferroelectric adjuster is studied. The operation voltage was applied as a rectangular pulse of 50 kV amplitude and 3.75 ¦Ìs width, and the antiferroelectric adjuster was made up by lead zirconate stannate titannate ceramics. Experimental results displayed that the electrical pulse crest at rising edge was undercut, and the trough at trailing edge was padded, and the electrical pulse was smoothed expectively. The measured electric hysteresis loop indicated that the transformation between antiferroelectric and ferroelectric phase took place by the action of the voltage pulse .
