| Study of Mass Transfer Law in
Forced Inner Circulation Evaporative Crystallization System Zheng Pingyou,Chen Xiaoyan,Cui Zhaoyang,Gu Xinjian,Liu Furong (School of Environmental and Chemical Engineering,Xi'an Jiaotong University,Xi'an 710049,China) Abstract:The influence law of mass transfer in forced inner circulation evaporative crystallization system is studied. Mathematical model of mass transfer is established according to diffusion theory and Frossling equation. A prediction model for the relationship among macroscopic parameter, material velocity rate, and microscopic crystal grain size of inorganic salt is derived. The computed results correspond well to the process parameters in the Sinopec Qilu Petrochemical Corporation. The average deviation is 8.5% and the maximum deviation is 11.1%.
