Abstract:A modified unreacted-core shrinking model was developed to describe the catalytic carbon gasification more properly on the basis of gas-solid non-catalytic unreacted-core shrinking model. A function with the catalytic efficient factor was applied to indicate the influence of the catalyst items including capacity,quantity input,and stagnation effect.The results show that the simulation values using the model are consistent with the experiment data and the maximum error is less than 1.4%.
