Abstract:Two types of Niª²based alloy coatings£¨Ni60JH and Delelo50£©were deposited by high velocity oxy-fuel(HVOF) spraying processes£®Further explorations of the erosion-corrosion interaction of the coatings in liquid-solid duel-phase fluid were carried out£®It was found that the corrosion weight loss rate of Ni60JH and Delelo 50 coatings was 1/30 and 1/16 that of the substrate respectively£®The erosion-corrosion resistance of Ni60JH coatings was 15 times higher than that of the substrate£¬and the same as 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel£®The erosion-corrosion resistance of Delelo50 coatings was 5 times higher than that of the substrate£®The erosion-wear mechanism of Ni60JH coatings is mainly cutting and plowing£»and that of Delelo50 coatings and two kinds of steel is mainly plowing and plastic distortion£®Two types of Ni-based alloy coatings and 1Cr18Ni9Ti are always in passive state at pure corrosion and in active-dissolve state at erosion-corrosion£®
