Study on Ultraviolet-Curable Resin with Lower Volumetric Shrinkage

Abstract:For decreasing shrinkage of the ultraviolet-cured film, two mixtures of epoxy acrylate and oligomer with big relative molecular mass are proposed. The volumetric shrinkage of the two proposed resins is measured to be around 5.5%. Their viscosities at 30 degrees C are 360 mPa·s and 520 mPa·s, respectively, and both exhibit a high curing speed and tension strength.
