Fuzzy Controller of High Precision Based on Genetic Algorithm

Abstract:In order to improve the steady-state accuracy of fuzzy
controller, the major source of steady-state error is presented by analyzing the general
PD-type fuzzy controller. A modidfied genetic algorithm is used which can adjust the
crossover rate and mutation rate self-adaptively to optimize the membership functions and
the initial value of the quantifying factors and to adjust quantifying factors on-line
based on the output of control searching table. The theoretical analysis and the
simulation results show that this method has better performance and effectiveness than the
other ones.
