Model of Refrigeration System for Optimizing Control

Abstract: A multiinput multi-output(MIMO) model of refrigeration
system is proposed. The system model comprises the dynamic heat exchanger model based on
the lumped-parameter method and moving phase boundary method, and the stable flow models
of compressor and expansion valve. Of the various intelligent controlling methods based on
model, the proposed model is general for refrigeration machine control. It could be used
to describe the relations between multi-input and multi-output parameters of refrigeration
system, and to obtain the dynamic link among system parameters, so as to take control
measures correspondently according to its analysis results. It is applicable to the
optimizing control of whole refrigeration system, and to the optimizing control of the
refrigeration system with given parameters and control method.
