Welding Current Fuzzy Controller with Multi Self-Adjustment Factors

Abstract: The fuzzy controller with the multi self-adjustment factor is developed to stabilize the welding current, whose core is the programmable logic controlller. The control software is programmed and setª²up in the system. The deviation of the welding gcurrent is eliminated, which is caused by the adjustment of the arc voltage,the fluctuation of the circuit net voltage, the variety of the flow and the purity of the shielding gas and the change of the height of the welding torch. So the welding current is stabilized. The experimental results show that the fuzzy controller of the welding current has good dynamic characteristics and stability.
