Design of Low-Voltage Differential Log-Domain Integrator Based on BiCMOS

Abstract:The frequency response of the log-domain single-ended integrator based on BiCMOS is analyzed. The differential log-domain integrator with class AB operation is proposed. The transfer function is given by using translinear principle and the frequency response and dynamic range of the differential integrator are studied. The differential log-domain integrator having large tuning range, low-voltage(1¡«2 V£©and wide dynamic range has
been confirmed by means of PSpice simulations, and is fappropriate for the filter designs with the high frequency, low-voltage and wide dynamic range.
